Okay so I have been going to the Y and workin it. How the heck did I gain 3 lbs in one day. I mean I know my eating has been off but WTF? Sammy I have been thinking back to what you said a time ago about it being 80% what I stuff in my mouth 20% exercise. I really need to stick to that rule!!!
I am so backwards today. The title of this post should be WTF not WFT! HA HA geez I need a mental health day...can't wait until memorial day, three day weekend!!
