Udate

Hey there ladies. Time fro updates! Well I am trying to go low carb. It is really easy and I feel better. I don't need all that wheat crap. I eat clean 95% of the time. Small tweaks and it is working. I am down a pound.
Oh and my blood tests came back normal. YEA!!

Sammy- How is it going? Did you reach your 5 lb June goal?

  1. Congrats Molly that's great way to go girl! So proud of you!!
I should try a low carb diet I honestly think that would be way more beneficial for me. I am a carbalicious girl for sure ugh lol. I lost about a pound...? I'm not happy at all about it. I can see how big I have gotten and I hate it! It's embarrassing! This is the biggest I've ever been since middle school. I'm in the 190's ladies and I'm a bit at a loss on what to do. I'm going to keep doing my stretches, 30 sit ups on the exercise ball, and arm workouts. I just wish I could snap my fingers and be done with it but that's not happening haha.

  2. you should try the low carb thing. It's easy as pie without crust! My good friend just lost 25 lbs in two and a half months doing NO carb. I do low carb in other words I try to elliminate carbs from my meals. Like I wrap tacos in lettuce instead of tortillas, switches that are easy. I make my own brewed iced tea without the sugar that bottled has. less sugar=less carbs. Also you can minus fiber from carb count so high fiber=less carbs. Try it it's so easy. look up south beach which has some good carbs and low fat as apposed to atkins which is high fat no carbs.
