Train wreck
This past weekend my sisters and I went to see Pat Benetar in concert. She , as always was rockin'. I danced my ass off but ate and drank way too much. I basically drank as many if not more calories than I had burned all week at the gym. Not good considering I leave for vacation in two weeks! Then I totally skipped the gym this morning. Guess I really have to watch it for the next two weeks!! Sammy how are you doing? Christine are you still with us busy bee?

Pat Brnetar is the best I love her. You deserved the break Molly no worries now get back on track! Sorry I haven't posted recently I will post an update as soon as possible I've been so busy lately! You can do it Molly!
ReplyDeleteSammy you are the absolute best support ever!!! I thank you so much. I am going to meet with a trainer at the YMCA and get some strength training moves. I think that if I add some weights in then the last of the fat will come off quicker...at least that's what Jillian Micheals says.
