well I have made it to the YMCA more mornings than not for the month. The scale has not moved much more than a pound or so but I feel good about myself and I swear that I am losing inches. I don't feel like a huge hog in my swimsuit. We are leaving on Sunday Morning early early, and have planned alot of very active things to do on vacation so I will be getting in some exercise. When I get back I plan on doing the Fit Focus that comes free with my Y membership. They will take my weight, BMI. and my goals, then they will show me what to do to get to those goals. They check in with you every so often to keep you on track. I figure heck it's free so I might as well do it.
So how are you ladies doing with your fitness goals? Or just life in general? I would love to hear from you!!!
Molly, that's great! I think the hardest thing is consistency. The scale will move when your consistent muscle growth kicks into high gear. In the beginning, the muscle is going to weigh more - when it starts using energy it will start burning more. Keep up the good work!
